HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Generally, orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Pre-orders are exceptions and will take longer. You can find the expected ship date for pre-orders in the product description. Delivery and tracking information will be available once your order has been fulfilled.
I LIVE IN TORONTO BUT IT WON'T LET ME SELECT LOCAL DELIVERY, WHY?
Local delivery is only available to addresses within 10KM of our office location. You must select a different postage option if you do not live within that radius. Currently, local pickup is not an option.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders. However, if you wish to return your order (or part of your order), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for any postage fees associated with the return.
IT SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The answer depends on your method of delivery.
Unfortunately, if your order was delivered by mail, you must communicate with the mail company directly. Once we hand off the package, the mail company is exclusively responsible for its delivery. With that being said, please feel free to reach out to us if we can support the investigation in any way.
Alternatively, if your order was delivered by hand (local delivery), please reach out to us as soon as possible, as we will be able to provide you with clarification on the situation and get it resolved as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 14 days after receiving your order; however, they are subject to inventory and will require additional postage fees at the customer's expense. Pre-order and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. To process a return or exchange, please contact customer service at email@example.com and indicate your order number, address and specific request.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED; WHAT DO I DO?
We do our best to ensure that every product sent out adheres to our high-quality standards; however, sometimes, mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Dependent on inventory, we will do our best to replace your item. You will be offered store credit for the item's value if we cannot replace it.
WHERE IS THE MONEY FROM MY ORDER DONATED?
50% of all the Good Hood Club's net profit is donated to childhood cancer initiatives. The Good Hood Club donates to a variety of different childhood cancer organizations. Typically, each product/collection will benefit a separate organization, which will be specified in the product description.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED WITH THE GOOD HOOD CLUB?
We are constantly seeking ways to involve more people in our community. If you are interested in getting involved, please check out our community collaborations page, which will outline various ways to get involved. DOES THE GOOD HOOD CLUB ONLY DONATE TO CHILDHOOD CANCER CHARITIES?
Yes. The Good Hood Club is focused exclusively on championing childhood cancer. However, there are opportunities to use our platform to support other causes - reach out to us!
